This blog entry is about a tool in Dr. Wang's PPT T3PP Slide 2.
Google slides can be used for many things such as lesson plans, presentations or even jeopardy! Google slides is a great tool to use for teaching in the classroom because you can show photos, videos, and choose from a wide variety of colors and fonts.

Ease of use: Google Slides is easy to use. Many students ages ranging from elementary to high school use it for presentations.
Versatility: Google Slides is very versatile. You can create power points, slideshows, and display data. The possibilities with Google Slides is truly and less and allows for creativity with many different colors, fonts, and images.
Likelihood of using it: I believe that I will use google slides a lot in my classroom because it is an easy way to create a presentation!
Rating: I would give google slides a 10 because it is so versatile.
Connections: This connects to the 7 events we previously talked about in class. Google Slides is great for presenting lessons.
I agree that googles slides is very exceptional in its ease of use. It can be used by most grade levels and makes it a good resource for the 5th instructional event eliciting the desired behavior, check for understanding. Having students create a google slides presentation of the lesson can show there understanding with the use of a familiar tool.
ReplyDeleteI've never used Google Slides, so it's good to know it's easy to use and versatile. My question is, which presentation platform is easier, Google Slides or Powerpoint? I am much more used to Powerpoint, so I am interested to see how the 2 compare!
ReplyDeleteHannah, I like using google slides as well. in some ways I like using powerpoint more. However, an advatage of google slides is the ease to share it with peers.
